The south facing living room has comfy sofas, log burning stove, and a door opening onto the walled garden. For entertainment there is a HD TV & DVD player, MP3 compatible stereo, and a variety of books and board games.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. There is a spacious dining area with large table and chairs perfect for family meals or just reading the Sunday papers over a lazy breakfast

Upstairs there are two generous double bedrooms, one with en-suite wet room and a third smaller room also with double bed. Luxurious pocket sprung beds, crisp white linen and large soft towels make for a relaxing stay. Both the main bathroom and en-suite have thermostatically controlled high pressure showers and under floor heating. On the ground floor there is the added benefit of a separate cloakroom.

There is gas central heating throughout and private parking for two cars. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated and the house is non smoking.
