The North Norfolk coast is currently celebrating 40 years of being designated an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Visit the seals at Blakeney Point. Take a trip on the Juno sailing boat. Relax on beautiful beaches. Bird watch on the marshes. Walk the numerous scenic coastal and woodland paths. Or cycle the network of traffic free paths.

The nearby Georgian town of Holt has excellent galleries, shops and eateries including The Bircham Gallery, Bakers and Larners and Byfords. The outstanding Michelin Star restaurant at Morston Hall is just 3 miles away.

The Holkham Estate, Houghton Hall, National Trust properties at Blickling and Felbrigg, Holt Country Park and the Wells and Walsingham stream railway are all nearby. Also within easy reach is the Cathedral city of Norwich.

A visit to St Judes Gallery in Itteringham, near Blickling Hall, also makes for a great afternoon out.
